Workman Molina is a rehabilitation counseling, consulting, and case management firm that has operated in the Southern California area since 1974. During this time, we have evaluated and provided services to more than 20,000 individuals with various disabilities. Our services include vocational rehabilitation counseling, assistance in adjustment to disability issues, case management, cost analysis of future medical needs, and consultation around rehabilitation issues.

Drs. Workman and Molina have doctorate degrees in rehabilitation counseling and extensive experience in a wide variety of rehabilitation counseling services. They supervise a staff in currently two Southern California offices, who serve 200 to 300 disabled individuals per year.

Workman Molina has operated with the philosophy that we are advocates and assistance providers for individuals who have disabilities.

The principals of Workman Molina are Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC) and Certified Case Managers (CCM), which are the standard certifications in the field of vocational rehabilitation.
