Rehabilitation Counselor/Case Manager

Work directly with individuals who have physical or mental disabilities in the areas of social, psychological or vocational rehabilitation, including life care planning. This involves a full scope of rehabilitation services to individuals with a wide variety of disabilities, with an emphasis on the severely disabled population. Also providing case management services to the same population.

 

Rehabilitation Consultant

Provide a wide variety of rehabilitation services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals referred by attorneys, insurance companies, and hospitals.  Includes court testimony and activities related to industrial injury vocational rehabilitation, medical case management, personal injury and long-term disability issues.
